Well, it's been quite a long time since we've posted any gigs, blogs, videos, etc, but we're finally back in action!! We're performing with Nashville recording artist, Danni Leigh, working with a band out of DC, working on our EP that we've been trying to release for almost 4 years now, along with homeschooling the kiddos, and Ricky's endorsement deals- PHEW!! Got a lot of exciting new adventures coming up, including possible travelling out of country for a few tours. Exciting things are in the works- thanks for hanging in there with us!!
We'll keep you posted as to what's coming up in the near future!

Well, our new album, "Profile," is being put on the back burner for a few (not too long, though!) w/ the new baby on the way. It's a girl!! It's due on October 24th and we're naming her Madeline Cavinall Wilkins (family name). At the moment, we are very very busy w/ gigs and doing quite well and will get started on the album again as soon as possible.
Thanx for keeping updated w/ us!!! ;-D

Well, first blog on the website; gotta be about the new album. I'm really excited about this one. I figured "Profile," would be an appropriate title for this album; it's my third shot out of the bag and it reflects sort of the tone/mood of this past years events. I believe that I've grown into a thicker skinned individual and this album definately hints on that. There are a few covers- Bob Dylan, Ben Folds Five, etc.- and some fantastic originals by our friend Doc Shelton (one of the best writers/guitar players that we know) and some that Ricky and I both wrote. The cover photo I adore! I've always had deep roots for vintage things, music from the 60's, and kodakchrome photography, so I used those to come up with a side shot in 60's fashion and blurred the outside a bit. I hope everyone likes this new album as much as Ricky, Doc, and I do. We're still in the process of finishing up the tunes and have some great players on it, as well; Sam Stillwell on drums, Brian Martin on bass guitar, Ricky on keyboards, and Doc Shelton on guitars. Again, I'm very excited for everyone to hear this record, which is going to be an EP instead of an LP. Stay tuned! ![]()
